Radiohead play first ever TRNSMT festival

And there it was. The penultimate song of the night. Rarely given daylight nowadays, but when the first few chords vibrate from Greenwood’s guitar any Health and safety officer within a mile radius needs to order a new sound level meter. It happened around a quarter to midnight. Friday night of the festival. And the crowd soaked up every second of the three minutes and fifty six seconds of the blissful treasure sound.

Pixies play Hyde Park

Families in the crowd, thankfully only showing their affection to one another by arms around shoulders and congregations peacefully praying this will be a day to remember are obviously predominately there for the Followill’s and at best most are only familiar with just two or three Pixies tracks.
