Joe Wicks has just released his highly anticipated new book ‘Veggie Lean in 15’.
Joining the Lean in 15 Family, this new cookbook features 100 meat-free dishes, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, along with his training tips and brand new HIIT exercises.
Since he released his debut book in 2016, Joe Wicks has sold millions of copies in the UK including the second best-selling cookbook of all time.
Over the past few years, Joe has been creating and sharing more and more veggie recipes – and his followers have gone wild for them. In this new book, Joe has taken all the meals he loves and ‘veggified’ them, creating a cookbook ideal for full and part time veggies, as well as giving healthy, delicious options to anyone wanting to cut down on eating meat.
Featuring mouth-watering recipes including Avo & Berry Breakfast Pot, Lentil Bolognese, Chickpea, Tomato & Spinach Curry and Peri Peri Halloumi Burger, these recipes will get you fit and lean without going hungry.
Veggie Lean in 15 also includes some slightly longer recipes, perfect for special occasion cooking and for sharing with family and friends. Many of the recipes are vegan, showing just how delicious plant-based food really can be. There are also plenty of make-ahead ideas to get you prepping like a boss in no time at all.
JOE WICKS SAYS "From the outset, I want to be completely honest and open with you. I am not a vegetarian or a vegan. I still enjoy a steak and a burger now and again, and truthfully I’m not sure if I will ever give those up completely. All I know is I’m enjoying veggie food more than ever, and I’m excited to share these new recipes and workouts with you.
I used to think veggie recipes were all boring salads and quinoa, but the more I experiment, the more I see how totally wrong that view is. Veggie food can be easy, delicious and satisfying when done well, and that’s what this book is all about. The recipes have the speed and simplicity you’ll be familiar with from my old-school Lean in 15 books, with all the same great taste and flavour."
Veggie Lean in 15 by Joe Wicks is out now.
