Stacey Solomon has taken a break from social media after announcing she is suffering from anxiety.
The TV personality signed out on her Instagram page on Saturday with a photo of her garden with the caption “Goodnight… I hope you’re all ok. I feel so strange still.
"I hope you have a lovely Sunday and Monday. You deserve all the happiness in the world. Never forget it.
“I'm going to put my phone in the drawer for a couple of days give you all a break…
“You deserve all of the happiness in the world. Never forget it.
"Love you to the moon and back…,”
The 31-year-old star, who presents ITV’s Loose Women, admitted she has been struggling with her mental health and is going to focus spending more time with her family.
Her post received messages of support from her 4.4 million followers.
One wrote: "Get some well earned rest and hope you feel better real soon, it's horrible feeling pants and you can't work out why! Have a lovely few days.”
Another said: "Rest up, brain dump, be kind to yourself... we will be here for you when you are ready."
A third reply read: "Noooo stacey don't leave us have a lovely couple of days hope your ok we love you.”
Stacey Solomon finished in third place on the sixth series of The X Factor in 2009.
