Ronaldo shows act of kindness at Euro warm-up

Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted helping a young disabled girl onto the pitch ahead of Portugal's game between Ireland for their Euro 2024 warm-up on Tuesday night.

The football legend shared a clip on X accompanying the youngster in her wheelchair before kick off at the Estadio Municipal de Aveiro.

In a second post he uploaded footage of himself holding the child’s hand when the Portugal national anthem was played in the stadium.

Ronaldo's act of kindness led to good karma as he scored two goals in the second-half leading his side to a 3 - 0 victory.

[ Euro 24 kicks off on Friday, 14th June, with Germany v Scotland on ITV1, STV, ITVX and STV Player at 8pm. ]
