Opposed to not being able to hear sounds around you, tinnitus is the complete opposite – hearing sound coming from inside the body. Unwanted noises such as , buzzing, whistling, hissing, humming and grinding can be just an irritation, although in some more serious cases it can affect sleeping patterns, concentration and depression. The condition can improve over a period of time.
