Circadian rhythm disorder, also known as sleep-wake cycles disorder, are problems that occur when your body's internal clock, which tells you when it's time to sleep or wake, is out of sync with your environment. 

Symptoms include Insomnia (difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep),excessive daytime sleepiness, difficulty waking up in the morning, sleep loss, depression, stress in relationships, poor work/school performance and the Inability to meet social obligations.
