Viewing platforms are situated on Level 1 with free standing fold out seats available for PAs, family, friends and non-wheelchair users offering an unobstructed view of the stage even if the crowd are standing.

Accessible seating is located on all levels – the seats are on the aisle or with no or few steps. Please not at some events the crowd will stand. If you have trouble standing please mention this when booking your tickets as you may be better suited on one of the viewing platforms.

Assistance dogs are permitted in wheelchair bays. If you are placed in accessible seating you can leave your dog at the nearest information desk.

Unisex accessible toilets are situated on every level next to wheelchair bays. There is a Changing Places fully accessible toilet near Block 104 on Level1 with a standard wheelchair accessible toilet, height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist. Speak to a steward for access.

Assistive Listening Devices are available for people with hearing loss. They work with digital hearing devices that have T-position settings. If you do not have a hearing device earphones are available on request. You will need to leave a form of ID if you wish to borrow a device which you can collect when you return the device.
