Blue Badge holders can park on the single yellow lines on Back Colquitt Street and you can use the loading bay outside the venue as a drop off point.

You are advised to call or text the venue on +44 (0)151 539 4110 between the hours of 10am – 5pm Monday-Friday or email to discuss your requirements before you purchase a ticket as the building was built in the 1800s and therefore not fully accessible.

After you have purchased a ticket through an authorised outlet if you need a free ticket for your companion please inform the venue.

The box office is does not have a low counter or induction loop so please speak to a member of staff upon arrival.

Limited wheelchair spaces, situated to the house-left side of stage, are available on a first come first served basis, but please note ‘The Loft’ room is situated on an upper level and can only be accessed by 30 steps -there is no lift.

There is an accessible toilet, which can be opened by a RADAR key, near the main entrance.

There are no lowered bars although the friendly staff are happy to assist you when you wish to purchase refreshments.

The cloakroom is situated on the upper level so if you wish to use this facility please speak to a member of staff.

If you need any help purchasing merchandise please speak to member of staff.

There is a medic room on the ground floor – if you need any medical attention please notify a member of staff.

If you require braille or large print documents please contact the venue before your visit.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue although please notify the staff in advance.

If you require assistance please let the venue know before your visit so you can be met at the front door. You’ll find street level access to the Arts Club on Back Colquitt Street. You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the doors open to the public.

Please be aware some shows use strobe lighting – if you wish to know if this is being used during the show please ask a member of staff.
