Personal assistants are entitled to a complimentary ticket if a disabled guest full priced ticket is purchased through the venue, either in person at the box office, accessible booking line or online.
The box office has two lowered counters for wheelchair customers situated on the right-hand side of the building.
There is a small step and gap on the Metropolitan line, although this is suitable for most wheelchairs.
If you are travelling on the Jubilee Line you’ll need to request a boarding ramp from a member of TFL staff.
Both stations have accessible lifts.
If you are travelling on the Bakerloo line or London Overground at Wembley Central Station both lines do not have level access although a lift is available.
Wheelchair users using Wembley Stadium Station are advised to call Chiltern Railways on 08456 005 165 to request a ramp. There is a lift at the station.

There is a drop off and pick up point outside the building situated on Lakeside Way by the South West and SSE VIP entrance which has a 15 minute maximum stay. If the road is closed for any reason you can stop at the top of Lakeside Way and it’s a 420m walk to the venue.
Accessible bays are provided in the paying car parks at Wembley Park. You can book in advance online.
If you have difficulty standing up for a long period of time speak to a member of staff who will give you permission to jump the queue.
There is level access in the foyer from the entrances and a lift to the first floor where the accessible seating is situated around the arena.
All entrances have level access, including those to the floor.
There are three accessible toilets on both the North and South Concourses.
Accessible toilets are also located on the Foyer level and Empire Bar & Grill level which can be opened by a RADAR key which a steward can provide.
There is an Adult Changing Space in the foyer which has a changing bench, sink, non-slip floor and a mobile hoist.
Merchandise stands and refreshment points all have lowered counters.
Wembley Arena has 25 wheelchair spaces and seats for ambulant visitors.
An infra-red hearing assistance system operates at N4 - N12 and S4 – S12 rows A-H, N3 – N9 and S3 –S9 rows J – R, E3 rows A-O and E4 rows J-O. Receivers are available at the reception located on the South Concourse with a refundable deposit.
Please note some performances may include special effects such as haze, flashing lights, smoke. If you are concerned speak to reception upon your arrival.
