Blue badge parking is available at the arena, it’s cheaper to book these in advance by calling the dedicated phone-line on 0114 256 55 93 or 0114 256 56 56. You can also book car park spaces via the Sheffield Arena website.
The drop-off point is situated at the half turning circles located outside Entries B and C, both areas have a paving slab surface.
You can enter the Concourse Level via the lifts situated at Entries B and C or the ramp located outside Entry C.
The box-office, situated at Entrance C has a low level counter and a hearing assistance system. Blue Badge parking bays can also be found outside the entrance.
Three Viewing Platforms can be accessed through the Red concourse and the Blue concourse, a further two platforms can be accessed via the Green concourse. These areas are referred to as Seating Bays. You are permitted to take one PA onto the platform. For family events you may be allowed to take more guests onto the platforms depending how busy they are. Spaces for these areas can only be purchased by phoning the box office.
Accessible toilets are located on the ground level at Entries B, C and D. Four unisex toilets can be found on the Red and Blue concourses they can be opened by a RADAR key which is available on the Green concourse – Please ask a steward if you need any help.
Accessible Dogs are permitted in the venue.
Sheffield Arena accepts the Access Card and was awarded a Bronze Award from Attitude is Everything.
