ACCESS INFO.

The stadium offers step-free access, accessible seating and Blue Badge parking. The venue prides itself as being ‘fully accessible’ with all public spaces and lifts designed for wheelchair users.

Visitors with mobility limitations are advised to travel to the stadium on the Central Line, DRL, Jubilee Line or the Overground line at Stratford and Stratford International Stations if they are intending to use the Underground service.

Stratford and Stratford International Stations offer accessible toilets, step-free bus stops, step-free train platforms which can be reached by lifts, an induction loop and low-level ticket machines as well as an accessible gate.

All Tfl buses are now fully accessible.

If you are arriving by car there is a drop-off area situated at Westfield Stratford at the entrance of each car park. Blue Badge parking is available at the venue although these spaces must be pre-booked by speaking to the event organiser.

Accessible ticket holders can enter the venue at any entrance, all the turnstiles have Access doors and are step free. You will also find lifts which can take you to all levels.

Accessible seats are located on the aisles, close to the toilets, few or no steps leading up to them and unblocked views. Wheelchairs can be left in designated bays at the owner’s risk.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the arena as long as they stay with their owners.

Accessible toilets are Unisex and located on each level, they include a height-adjustable bench, a hoist and can accommodate up to two Pas.

Accessible changing rooms are also located at the venue.

The Stadium box office is equipped with lowered height windows.

Disabled visitors can beat the queues by entering the stadium via Disabled Access Dedicated Doors. If you have a disability please speak to a steward upon your arrival so you can be offered easy and quick access into the venue.

Please be aware some performances may include special effects, pyrotechnics and flashing lights.

DID YOU KNOW?

The stadium cost £486 million to construct. The first event held at the venue was a celebrity run which was organised by the National Lottery.
