The entrance to the venue is situated on a pedestrianised area, if you have any concerns please contact the venue directly.
There are two Blue Badge spaces in the Harkwood Road main car park about 300 metres away and on Friday & Saturdays the Sovereign Centre car park, which has accessible parking bays is open until midnight.
If you require accessible tickets for any events at O2 Academy’s across the country you will need to provide proof of your disability. The simplest way is to register for an Access Card.
If you require a complimentary ticket for your companion – available for registered disabled people – please tell the venue at the time of booking.
The box office located at the side of the building is at an accessible height and equipped with an induction loop.
Limited wheelchair spaces are available on a first come first served basis, please request this service at the time of booking.
If you require a seat please note there’s quite a few steps leading up to the balcony, if you think you’ll need assistance please notify the venue before your visit.
There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor which can be opened by a RADAR key and more toilets situated around the venue.
There is a spacious bar in the main auditorium – it doesn’t have a lowered counter but the friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue – please let the academy know if you wish to bring one when you make your booking.
There is a medical room situated on the ground floor.

Please be aware strobe lighting may be used during some concerts.
