Blue Badge spaces are available in the Concert Square multi-storey car park located opposite the Royal Concert Hall and the Bunchanan Galleries’ Car Park adjacent to the venue.
If you are attending the City Halls the closest Blue Badge bays are located in the NCP on Glassford Street and Q-Park on Albion Street.
All the halls are fully accessible inside the venue. Access to the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall can be found on the north entrance at Killermont Street and entrances to the Old Fruitmarket & City Halls are located on the ground levels.
The lifts for both buildings are equipped with braille & voice announcement systems.
You can hire wheelchairs providing you pre-book through the box office.
Accessible toilets are situated throughout the buildings.
Wheelchair accessible public telephones can be found in the north and south foyers.
All the halls are fitted with a Sennheiser infrared assisted hearing system – Headsets are available from the cloakroom for a £5 refundable deposit. You can pre-book this service from the box office.
Induction loop hearing systems operate in the Royal Concert Hall’s café bar and the City Halls’ Bazaar bar.

The Royal Scottish National Orchestra used to play the City Halls after a fire burnt down St. Andrews Hall in 1962 until the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall opened in 1990.
