Registered disabled people are entitled to a complimentary ticket which can be arrange over the phone or attending the venue in person.

You’ll find automatic doors at the Main Entrance on London Road. The counter is wheelchair accessible. The Ticketing, Circle Auditorium access and the Café-Bar Seating area are all situated on the same level.

Blue Badge holders can park in one of the five dedicated bays located in the G Live car park which has a lowered kerb at a crossing point leading to the stalls entrance. If you are arriving by train please note the nearest accessible station is Guilford’s Main Line station which is a fifteen minute uphill trek to the venue. The London Road station is not wheelchair accessible.

The two bars situated at the Stalls level are wheelchair accessible and can be reached via the lift on the Main Foyer.

G Live does have a spare wheelchair, although this is for emergency use only.

Signs will be put up if a performance contains flashing lights, explosions or pyrotechnics.

Wheelchair spaces are located in the Main Hall and can be booked over the phone or attending the venue in person. If you require any help when you are inside the venue just ask a friendly member of staff.

Accessible toilets are located on all levels.

The Main hall has a Sennheiser infra-red system, eight headsets are available from the cloakroom. If you would like to hire one please notify the venue when you make your booking.

If you think you’ll need a break during your visit a dedicated quiet zone can be arranged.

Disabled visitors will be allowed into the venue before doors open to the general public.
