If you are travelling by tube there’s a lift between platform level and street level at Brixton tube station, but there’s no lift at Stockwell.

There are two Blue Badge spaces outside the venue on Stockwell Road.

If you require accessible tickets for any events at O2 Academy’s across the country you will need to provide proof of your disability. The simplest way is to register for an Access Card.

The box office located inside the main entrance at the foyer it does not have a lowered counter, but it is equipped with a mic, speaker and induction loop.

Limited wheelchair spaces are available on a first come first served basis, please request this service at the time of booking. The viewing platform is situated on the far left side of the venue which offers a fantastic view of the stage.

If you require assistance or ramp access please give the venue advanced warning so somebody can meet you at the front of the academy upon your arrival.

There is a ramp on the left-hand side of the main entrance, although it is quite steep there will always be member of staff on hand should you require any assistance.

There is an accessible toilet towards the back of the auditorium in the Ra Bar when can be opened by a RADAR key – If you don’t have one please ask a member of staff.

The bars do not have lowered counters but the friendly staff will be happy to assist you and there is a bar close to the viewing platform.

If you need any assistance using the cloakroom please notify a member of staff.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue – please let the academy know if you wish to bring one when you make your booking.

There is a medical room situated on the ground floor.
