HOW TO BUY ACCESS TICKETS 

Accessible tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster’s Special Access Team on 0800 988 4440 – Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm and Saturday 10.30am – 3.30pm.

All accessible tickets – including the VIP packages – allow you access to the accessible parking bays providing you have a blue badge.

There are four packages…

Accessible Ticket which includes accessible toilets and a PA ticket.

Accessible Ticket with VIP which includes accessible toilets, VIP bar and a PA ticket.

Accessible Ticket with viewing platform which includes accessible toilets and a PA ticket.

Accessible Ticket with VIP and viewing platform access which includes accessible toilets, VIP bar and a PA ticket.

When you have purchased your ticket you will hear back from a TRNSMT access co-ordinator within the next 14 days who will direct you to the online registration form where you can apply for a Personal Assistant ticket and use of the disabled facilities on site.

When the order is completed you’ll receive final confirmation by email which you must have before attending the event.

Access tickets are available to those who can provide photographic proof of a DLA/PIP letter or equivalent, Blue Badge (if you require accessible parking), D/deaf or blind registration, The Access Card or equivalent or a letter from a medical professional confirming your requirements.

Please provide this evidence when you submit your registration form.

TRNSMT festival takes place on a greenfield, although some areas may be uneven – please note in bad weather conditions it may become more difficult to manoeuvre around the site.

On site you’ll find Blue Badge parking, Accessible Viewing Platform (you’ll be asked to remain on the platform for 5-10 minutes after the show to ease congestion), Unisex accessible toilets, Power charging points, Welfare & Medical facilities and there will be a drink & food service to the accessible platforms.

Assistance dogs are welcome in all the areas.

Please note some sets may include flashing lights, lasers and strobe lights.
