HOW TO BUY TICKETS
You can request a complimentary ticket for your PA by completing the Access Request Form after you have purchased a ticket for yourself via www.tramlines.org.uk/tickets Please DO NOT book a ticket for your PA
You must provide evidence of your disability when you submit your form with a digital scan of either
Both sides of your blue badge
Confirmation of your PIP or DLA dated within the last twelve months
Document of registration as severely sight impaired
Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
Valid Access Card
A Doctor or Medical Professional letter confirming you need to use the accessible facilities
The access team will aim to reply to you within 5 working days.
You will receive an Access Information Pack closer to the event.
Accessible Car Park at the festival is limited, spaces must be pre-booked on the Access Request Form with a scan of both sides of your blue badge.
If you need to bring specific food and drink into the Main Area because you have dietary requirements this needs to be approved by the Access Team.
If you are taking medication and need to bring this onsite please complete an Access Application so the organisers can make security aware. Your medication will need to be inspected when you arrive on site and this can be stored in the Medical Fridge during your stay.
An Access Team will be operating onsite all weekend.
The Access Car Park is situated near the Main Arena.
Viewing platforms with charging points for Electric Scooters and Wheelchairs will be located at the Main Stage, T’other Stage and Library Stage.
Accessible Toilets will be situated around the site.
Please note strobe lighting will be used in many of the sets.
