After you have purchased a ticket – which can be bought via the Taste of London website – registered disabled visitors are entitled to a complimentary ticket for their companion (as long as they are aged 18 or over). These can be arranged through the See Tickets website.

You will be asked to provide a copy of one of the following dated no later than 2019.

DLA (Disability Living Allowance)

PIP (Personal Independence Payment)

Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind)

CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)

Copy of Attendance Allowance letter

Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

Any other relevant documentation


All entrances are step-free and fully accessible, if queuing does become a problem please speak to a member of staff who will direct you to the nearest accessible lane.

Please be aware the event takes place outside so the ground could cause mobility problems in wet weather.

Some of the event stands can include flashing lights, flash photography and music.

Stewards will be on hand to help with any questions or difficulties you may have onsite.

Assistance dogs recognised by Assistance Dogs UK charity are permitted at the event as long as you inform the organisers via prior to your visit.

Blue Badge holders can pre-book car spaces by calling 0871 230 7132 subject to availability.

Accessible toilets are situated around the site.

Wheelchairs can be hired from the onsite Box Office, these must be pre-booked via prior to your visit.
