HOW TO BUY TICKETS
You will need to purchase a standard ticket first.
When you have bought your ticket you can apply for a complimentary one for a Personal Assistant by completing the online form.
Your application will be dealt with within 10 days and an information pack will be emailed to you a few weeks before the event.
You will receive your personal assistant ticket by post a few weeks before the event.
There is an accessible car park located in the accessible campsite, but you are not permitted to park directly next to your tent.
All accessible facilities must be pre-booked when you complete the online Requirement Form.
Please collect any pre-arranged wristbands from the Access Information Point situated in the accessible campsite on the Thursday and Friday.
The accessible campsite will have accessible unisex showers and toilets (as well as standard ones), fresh water points, a waste disposal point and electrical points for wheelchairs/ scooters which operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you wish to use the charging points please state this on the Requirement Form.
There are a limited number of live-in vehicle spaces which are available on a first-come, first served basis. You must request one of these pitches when completing the Requirement Form.
There will be a Viewing platform located at the Main Stage next to an accessible toilet – you must have the relevant wristband to use this facility.
Medical tents can be found on-site, although if you have any extra medical needs please notify the promoters before you purchase a ticket. The staff are happy to store your medicine in the fridge if required.
Please be aware strobe lighting may be used during some of the performances.
There will be a Bob-on-Cam hearing loop service on-site which will be available from the box office, the information point at the Green Gate and the access reception.
Assistance dogs are welcome on-site and there will be a reserved area for toileting and drinking.
