HOW TO BUY ACCESS TICKETS 

You can apply for a free PA ticket for any type by calling 0844 824 0300 (18001 0203 481 55 06 For Typetext). Lines are open Monday - Friday 8:30am - 8pm, Saturday 8:30am - 6pm. Sunday 9am - 6pm.

You can also leave a message on 020 7757 7853 with your name and phone number at any time so somebody can call you back.

If you prefer you can also email somebody will reply within 2 working days.

If the event is in 3 or less days you are advised to phone.

You are required to complete the Supporting Document Form before four weeks prior to the event if you wish to use the accessible facilities at BST Hyde Park and claim a complimentary ticket for your PA.

Front page of DLA letter

Front page of Attendance Allowance letter

CredAbility Access Card- +1 category requirement

An Assistance Dog ID card

Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

If you submitted evidence for a past BST Hyde Park show in 2019 and joined the access database you don’t need to re-apply until 2021.

ACCESS INFO

Blue badge spaces are limited, you can apply for an accessible space when booking your event tickets.

Accessible spaces are free although you are required to provide matching Photo ID and your ticket upon arrival.

The accessible car park will be located to the west of the event site and there will be a buggy service to take you to the event’s accessible entrance operating an hour before doors open although for safety reasons the shuttle may start up to 30 minutes after the show ends.

You will receive full parking details before the event.

The closest tube stations are Green Park (step free access) – 1800m from site, Knightsbridge – 970m, Hyde Park – 1130m, Marble Arch – 660m

All TFL buses have level access and are able to accommodate one wheelchair user.

After the event some of these stations may be temporary close so please ask staff/ police for advice on how long you will need to wait.

American Express presents BST Hyde Park takes place on a predominantly grass surface at the Palace Ground on the East Side of Hyde Park.

All entrances are situated along a hard standing pathway, apart from Serpentine Road to the Accessible Entrance.

Once inside the Accessible Entrance there is a tarmacked path to the Viewing Platform/ Ground Level Viewing Area.

If you have an Accessible ticket you can also enter through the North or South Entrances.

The Accessible Entrance is situated on the West side of the site and is reserved for access visitors.

The Box office has a lowered counter and an induction loop located on the south side of the site on Serpentine Road next to the bandstand.

There will be an Access Manager at the Access Customer Service Hub near the entrance to the Accessible facilities to answers any questions you may have.

Providing you have pre-booked you can use the raised viewing platform at The Great Oak Stage (Main Stage) if the Ground Level Area is not suitable for you.

The Ground Level Area at The Great Oak Stage offers an unrestricted view of the stage and offers seats for those unable to stand for a long period of time.

There will also be a viewing platform situated at The Second Stage for pre-booked customers.

BSL performance interpreters will be operating for all acts on the Great Oak Stage.

There will be a Changing Places Unit situated in the sanitation block behind the Viewing Platform/ Ground Level Viewing Area.

Charging points will be available at the Viewing Platform.

Where possible bars, merchandise stands and food outlets will have lowered counters.

If you request merchandise in an alternative format please email within a reasonable timeframe.

If you need some quiet time head to the Welfare Tent in the North of the site.

If you wish to bring an assistance dog please email within a reasonable timeframe.

There will be a fridge situated at the First Aid point at the North of the site if you need to store medication.

Please be aware some acts on the Great Oak stage may include strobe lights.

DID YOU KNOW?

The Rolling Stones played British Summer Time Hyde Park in 2012. The last time the band played at the park was in 1969 just two days after the death of their founding member Brian Jones.
