To apply for a free carer ticket please email explaining why you need assistance at the event.

You must also state which day/days you wish to attend the event, your full name and Date of Birth. You may be asked to provide evidence of your disability.

If you have applied for the 2-for-1 scheme in past years your details will be already logged on the system, so you only need to provide your name and date of birth.

All the information you need will be covered in the information pack which will be emailed to you after you’ve successfully applied for a PA ticket. The pack will be sent out closer to the date of the event.

You will find viewing platforms at various stages around the arena. They are all undercover apart from the platform for the main stage.

You will need a pass to use the platforms which you can request when applying for your carer ticket. Please be aware you can only take one PA on the viewing areas.

Passes can be collected at the Welfare Tent.

Accessible toilets will be situated at the Main Stage viewing platform and each public toilet block located around the site.

Some of the refreshment stands will have lowered bars.

Apart from wheelchairs you are not permitted to bring your own seating. If you require seating please email

A hearing loop will be fitted at the box office and the welfare tents.

Disabled car parking must be booked in advance by emailing – please state your name, the day (s) you are attending, how many people are travelling with you, vehicle registration and contact details. The car park is situated inside the park so you will need an escort. When you arrive please display your Blue Badge clearly so marshals can direct you to the grass field where you can park your vehicle. Entrance to the arena from the disabled car park is accessible via a tarmac path. Please be aware some roads will be closed after the event so there may be a delay exiting the site.

Some of the live acts will contain flashing lights.

The festival is situated on a green-field site with tarmac tracks. In severe weather conditions the ground may become extremely muddy.

You can take part in ‘Sport Day events’ at Field Day including a Sack Race, Tug of War and Egg and Spoon Race.
