HOW TO BUY TICKETS - Not on sale yet -

You will need to purchase a standard ticket first.

When you have bought your ticket you can apply for a complimentary one for a Personal Assistant via the online registration form – which is now closed for 2022

Upon completing the registration form you will be required to provide evidence of either a DLA/PIP letter, A letter from a medical professional confirming your requirements, Armed Forces Independence Payment, War Disablement Payment, D/deaf or blind registration, Blue Badge (Permitted for parking requests only) or The Nimbus Access Card 

When applying for access you can choose to join Festival Republic’s Access Database. Your details will be stored on the system for a further three years and will not be shared with third parties.


The Access Car Park is situated near the Access Check-In and Campsite. You will need to pre-register to use the Access Car Park which is free of charge, but please be aware spaces are limited.

You can also apply for a Drop Off Pass through the Access Requirement Form which allows access to the Access Car Park and Campsite.

There is a free shuttle service to and from the Travel Hub located near the Access Car Park and the Access Check-In located in the Access Campsite.

The closest train stations are East Midlands Parkway and Derby. There is a shuttle bus to and from the festival but please note, some of these vehicles are not accessible.

The site has some steep hills, however stewards will be on hand if you require that extra push.

Viewing platforms will be found at all stages in the Main Arena and the Doghouse situated in the Village. Seating is limited although you can bring your own. All platforms operate on a one in one out premise during busy times. You are permitted to bring one Personal Assistant on to the platforms.

Accessible toilets are located at all viewing platforms.

The Access Campsite has Accessible showers, standard toilets and showers, drinking water and accessible sink, waste-disposal points, a fridge where you can store medication which needs to be kept cold, charging points for wheelchairs and Campsite hub and information point.

The Access Campervan Field is located in a separate field to the Acces Campsite. The area has 9m x 7m pitch for every campervan/ caravan, Customer check-in and Information point, accessible showers and toilets, Changing Places Unit, Wheelchair charging tent, fridge for medication and Campervan waste tank. If you wish to stay in the Access Campervan Field please request this on the Access Requirement Form.

Please note the accessible facilities are not available for people with temporary impairments or pregnant women.

Please note some sets may include strobe lights, lasers, fireworks and other effects.

If you are bringing your own medication you are advised to also bring a doctor’s letter or prescription.

All successful applications will receive an Access Guide via email prior to the event which will include Arrival information, Site changes and updates, Access Maps, Opening times and more accessible information.

BSL interpretation services will be available at the event, details of signed performances will be listed in the Access Guide.

A hearing loop will be in operation at the Disabled Access Check-In.

The festival was given its name because when the event was launched in 2003 Downloading was frowned upon in the music industry because it was associated with file sharing and Rock is considered to be a rebellious genre.
