ACCESS INFO

Creamfields is situated on a Greenfield, in poor weather conditions the ground may become muddy and in some areas access may become less accessible.

If you are travelling to the festival by car and have a disabled Car Parking Pass (which can be arranged by emailing ) please follow the road signs.

Arriving by train? The closest stations are Runcorn Station and Warrington Station. There will be a shuttle bus FROM the festival to Runcorn. A shuttle bus will run TO and FROM Warrington and also TO and FROM Liverpool Lime Street Main Station.

Viewing platforms are reserved for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. PA’s are permitted on the platform although at busy times they may be asked to move towards the back of the area unless their guest requires 24 hour support. If the area becomes full a one in one out process will come into force. Chairs will be available on the platform so please don’t bring your own – however you may take your own seating facilities into the campsite.

You will find accessible toilets at each viewing platform, the disabled campsite and around the site.

There are no induction loops on site.

Electrical Charging Points can be found in the disabled campsite and first aid tents.

Bringing medication? Please ensure its labelled when you store it in the fridge which is located in the disabled campsite. You are also advised to bring a doctor’s note or a prescription.

The disabled campsite provides fresh water points, accessible toilets (standard and unisex), a fridge to store medication and charging points. You may camp with up to three friends – everyone in your party should be notified in advance so the suitable wristbands can be arranged in advance.

You cannot park next to your tent, although the accessible car park is very close to the campsite. Please be aware this car park is only for people with a disability. You are permitted to pick up and drop off from the campsite and unload your luggage before you park your vehicle.

Gas stoves and cylinders or glass are not allowed in the disabled campsite.

DID YOU KNOW?

The first Creamfields festival was held at The Matterley Bowl in Winchester over 2-3 May 1998.
