To apply for your 2 for 1 Personal Assistant Pass please complete the Camp Bestival Shropshire Accessible Form. (Not active yet for 2023)

You will collect your free PA ticket upon arrival, so make sure you bring photo ID such as a passport or driving license.


The Accessible Campsite will offer the following facilities:

A 24 hour Campsite office

Accessible toilets

Standard Toilets for friends/family

Accessible showers

A changing places unit containing a raised bed with a hoist above. Hoist slings will not be available. If you need to use this unit, please bring your own slings.

Charging points for electric wheelchair users – located in the pop up tent

A Fridge for storing medication – located within the campsite office

Fresh Water Point

Waste Disposal Point

You may camp with a maximum of 6 people, including yourself and your personal assistant, in a pitch measuring 5x7m.

After unloading camping facilities vehicles must be parked in the accessible car park located near the accessible campsite.

You must apply for a space in the accessible car park when submitting your Camp Bestival Shropshire Accessibility Application form.

If you are camping in a general campsite it is not recommended you use the accessible car park as this is situated a fair distance away, please use the general car park or the specific campsite car park.

If you are travelling by car and using the accessible car park follow directions to Camp Bestival, closer to the site you will see signs to the accessible camp site.

If you are arriving by bus or taxi the accessible campsite is a short distance from where you will be dropped off.

All car parks and campsites open from Thursday 18 August 2022 and close at 12pm on Monday 22 August 2022 (car Parks close at 2pm)

There will be a viewing platform located at the back of The Main Stage Field and a smaller viewing platform at the back of the Big Top tent.

Both platforms have a +1 policy so once carer can accompany those who need access providing they registered for the facility. Both viewing platforms have accessible toilets.

An Accessibility on-site team will be based all weekend at the Accessible Campsite and will be working at the Caste Stage viewing platform.

If you wish to bring an assistance dog please contact the festival in advance.

Accessible toilets will be located around the site. Non-disabled guests are asked to use public showers and toilets, please don’t use the accessible facilities. These can be found around the site.

A 24-hour medical tent will be situated onsite where you can store medication in a fridge, please note the campsite office is only open during the daytime.

Please note strobe lighting may be used for some performances.

If the weather is poor you may find navigating around the festival a little tougher than usual.


Weston Park was previously the home to the now defunct V Festival for its northern site.
