HOW TO BUY ACCESS TICKETS - Not on sale yet -

Complimentary carer tickets are available to people who can prove they receive a current DLA higher or middle rate or Personal Independence Payment.

You need to purchase a general ticket first, if you select any of the accessibility options when booking you’ll be contacted by the Access Team.

You can apply for a carer ticket by sending a Copy of your DLA/PIP, Front page of Attendance Allowance letter, Evidence you are registered severely sight impaired, Recognised Assistance Dog ID card or CredAbility Access Card (with +1)

The Access Team will review your request, if successful your PA ticket will be added to TheTicketSellers account with which you purchased your ticket.

If you are paying by instalments you will receive the PA ticket once all payment has been made.

If you are bringing a campervan you must purchase a campervan pass via the festival’s website and notify the organisers in advance so they can reserve you a space in the Meadow camping field.

You can park at a designated parking area just outside Meadow Gate

There will be an accessible wheelchair shuttle bus to take you from the public transport hub to Meadow Gate

The closest train station is Winchester, which is about three miles from the site.

National Express are providing busses to/from the festival you can discuss accessible requirements via or calling 0871 781 8181 (charges apply)

There will be a drop off point at the Meadow Gate, you do need to request a pass if you wish to use this facility by emailing

Your tent must be able to fit in an 8m x 5m pitch, including the towing vehicle. If you wish to bring a large tent, tipi or yurt please discuss this with the access team in advance.

You and your PA can camp with up to 2 other people in your party.

If you are camping in other campsites, but wish to use the facilities in The Meadow please email the Access Team in advance.

Shuttle bus service operating to/from the public transport hub and South Gate

A wheelchair accessible bus service operating around the festival site

Boomtown is situated on a greenfield site with two main areas with a steep hill joining the two.

If you are bringing an electric wheelchair you’re advised to bring a manual one as well just in case you run out of power.

There will be viewing platforms at 6 of the largest stages with accessible toilets and wheelchair changing facilities.

If you become unwell don’t panic…There’s a full operational hospital on site.
