Fans of the BBC series, Master Chef are in for a tasty treat this weekend as the television show comes to life at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London.

Visitors to this three day event will have the opportunity to watch members of the public take part in a special live show where they cook a meal for the BBC MasterChef cooks, John Trorode and Gregg Wallace, the winner will walk away with £500 in vouchers and a cooking lesson with top chef, Alexis Gauthier.

If you are conscious of how much energy you use in the kitchen take a trip to the Energy Efficiency Kitchen to pick up some ‘green’ advice, or avoid home cooking altogether and go for a bite to eat at one of the many delicious cuisines on offer found in the Restaurant Experience.

Looking for a few handy hints on how to prepare that perfect meal? The Hot Tips Pod will guide you in the right direction and there will also be a few tasting sessions on offer as well.

From food to drink and to wash down those meals take a wander to the Drinks Tasting Theatre to sample the delights on offer from the urban vineyard. After which, and if you are still standing, why not go food shopping around the exhibition and pick up some mouth-watering goodies?

Disabled visitors can buy a ticket-for-one and bring their guest for free. Those who need assistance dogs can also bring their canine chums.
