You can purchase tickets for the arena by speaking to their Accessibility Team by calling 0800 988 4440 or in person at the box office.
The box office is open Monday – Friday between 10am and 5pm, Saturdays, 11am – 3pm (excluding Bank Holidays). The facility does provide a lowered counter and a loop system for visitors with hearing loss.

Every ticket are subject to a facility fee of £1.35.
If you require to bring a personal assistance to a show they are eligible for a complimentary ticket providing you share this information at the time of your booking.
If you are attending by car in a wheelchair accessible parking is available on a first come first served basis at the Arena. You cannot pre-book a space and you must display a blue badge.
The standard parking fee is from £7 at the Arena.
The Arena provides lowered counters at the Concession and Merchandise stands.
There are designated seating areas for people in wheelchairs or visitors who require accessible seats along with their companions.
Accessible unisex toilets can be opened with RADAR keys and wheelchair accessible toilets can be found on each level.
A hearing loop is in operation throughout the lower tiers. If you wish to make use of this facility please let the operator know when you book your accessible tickets.
You are permitted to bring diabetic food into the venue, although some productions request contents of bottles to be poured in an alternative container.
There is a lift, which is spacious enough to accommodate a standard sized wheelchair, operating on all floors.
