The closest car parks to venue are Dublin Road, Hardcastle Street, multi-storey car park and Great Northern Car Park, Great Victoria Street, multi-storey car park.

You can drop off customers outside the venue’s main entrance.

There’s a ramp into the building next to the front doors on the right hand side at the glass porch.

Inside the venue there’s an accessible lift equipped with braille signage, lowered control buttons and speech indication which can accommodate one wheelchair visitor and their companion to the first floor.

You can book wheelchair spaces through the Ulster Hall website although please note wheelchairs are not permitted on the floor during standing shows for safety reasons.

Accessible toilets are situated on the ground floor and the first floor.

Please be aware some performances may include lasers, pyrotechnics and strobe lighting.

The venue has an infra-red system for visitors with hearing loss and can be operated by switching their hearing devices to the ‘T’ setting.

If you require a BSL or ISL interpreter for a performance please let the venue eight weeks before the event.

Assistance dogs are welcome at Ulster Hall, please give the venue at least 48 hours’ notice if you are bringing a dog so the staff can arrange some water for them.

If for any reason you are apprehensive going to an event please contact the venue in advance so they can arrange a date to show you around and make you come familiar with the building.
