Tottenham Hotspur Stadium offers a Disability Access Scheme for supporters who can provide evidence of their disability. [ Please note the scheme is not available for non-football events. ]
You can join the Disability Access Scheme by completing the Online Access Requirement Form or printing and scanning one of the two downloadable formats below.

Successful applications will be able to request a Personal Assistant [PA] ticket so they can be accompanied at games.
Those who sign up to the Disability Access Scheme and can provide evidence of their Blue Badge can pre-book parking bays via the stadium’s online system. There are 74 spacious accessible in the stadium’s basement.
Pre-bookable parking is available in the following zones:
Yellow Zone – Situated under the North and West Stand
White Zone – Situated under the East Stand
Grey Zone – Situated under the South Stand
You are required to arrive at least 2 hours before kick off/ when an event starts and please be prepared to wait up until one hour before being told it is safe to drive off the premises.
Blue Badge holders are not permitted to park in Homes for Haringey [HfH] estate car park and a resident parking permit is required to park on all HfH estates.
Blue Badge holders can park outside the Traffic Management [road closure] Zone without time restrictions [in line with the Blue Badge scheme terms and conditions].

The home ticket office is situated at Paxton House, located to the North-West of the Stadium with level access, lowered counters and induction loops for visitors with hearing loss.
The away ticket office is situated outside the away entrance [entrance 11] which is also fully accessible.
The Tottenham Experience, located on the High Road, provides the following accessible facilities.
Multiple lifts to navigate between levels
Large wheelchair accessible changing room
1 Changing places toilet
1 Accessible toilet
Managed queuing system on match-days
Shop tills 2, 10 and 17 and the Shirt Printing Counter are fitted with hearing loops.
The stadium perimeter is accessible by five lifts taking visitors from street level [Level 0] to podium level [Level 1]. Accessible entrances for home fans are situated at entrances 1,5, 13 and 17 and one accessible entrance for away fans at entrance 11a. All accessible entrances have multiple lifts.
The home fans' accessible entrances provide the following facilities.
10 x Audio commentary headsets
4 x Wheelchairs
5 x Sets of headphones
5 x Sets of induction loops
1 x Dog bowl

The stadium has over 250 wheelchair accessible bays and over 500 dedicated easily accessible seats located around the venue.
All levels can be accessed by stairs and lifts, the use of lifts is restricted to members of the Disability Access Scheme or in possession of a Lift Pass [Season Ticket Holders only]
The stadium has 66 accessible toilets which all provide the following facilities.

The venue has three Changing Places areas, two in the stadium [ in the East Atrium and one in block 105 in the West Stand ] and one in the Tottenham Experience which all provide the following facilities.

The seating area is fully covered by a radio-based assistive hearing system designed for visitors with Telecoil hearing devices, with the T setting. If you wish to use this service please collect a headset from an Accessible Entrance located at entrances 1, 5, 13 or 17.
The stadium provides audio descriptive commentary for visitors with vision loss, equipment for this service can be collected at an Accessible Entrance [1, 5, 13 or 17]. Away fans will have their headsets delivered before the game. Headsets must be returned no later than one week after the match.
A Sensory Suite is situated in the North Stand, block 416 providing a comfortable and calming space for visitors living with autism. Facilities include a tactile wall, a bubble tube and several additional items of sensory equipment. If you wish to request the Sensory Suite ahead of your visit please complete the online profile form.
Accessible animals are permitted in the stadium but please contact the access team [ [email protected] ] prior to your visit if you wish to bring one and/or wish to use the dog spending areas located outside entrance 11 near the North Stand and another in the South Stand.
If you need to bring a bag larger than A4 to carry medical equipment you need to request an exemption certificate in the Online Access Requirement Form.
