There is step free access to the venue.

An infrared hearing system is available from the cloakroom on request.

Blue Badge spaces are situated just outside the venue.

If you require a space in the row dedicated for wheelchair users and their PAs please make the venue aware when you make your booking.

As well as seats on the ground level there’s a tiered system, but there’s no handrails. People with mobility difficulties are advised to book tickets for the bottom half of the tier or on the floor.

Assistance, hearing and guide dogs are welcome into the auditorium, if you are bringing your four-legged friend please tell the venue at the time of booking. You can request water for your dog.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground and first floors.

There is a lift to the first floor.


Salisbury City Hall was designed by local residents as a living memorial to those who fought in the Second World War.
