Accessible parking is located on all levels in the car park.
To book accessible tickets please phone Ticketmaster Accessible Seating line on 0800 988 4440 the service opening hours are: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm Saturday 10:30am – 3.30pm
Accessible Seating is located on Block A + E on the flat floor and balcony blocks 202, 204, 205, 206, 207 and 209 situated on the second floor.
The accessible viewing platform can be found behind Block P on the flat floor and by the mixer desk towards the back of the venue for standing events.
The arena has a Changing Places toilet which is located on concourse level as well as accessible toilets which can be found on each floor.
If you need to bring medicine or have dietary requirements please notify the venue prior to your visit by emailing [email protected] so they can make necessary arrangements.
If you require British Sign Language Interpretation and Captioning or need to use the venue’s hearing loop please email [email protected] four weeks before your visit.
