Blue Badge holders can park in bays situated on Coventry Street and The Bullring car park has accessible bays on Level 2.

If you require accessible tickets for any events at O2 Academy’s across the country you will need to provide proof of your disability. The simplest way is to register for an Access Card.

Don’t have an Access Card? You can email or post a copy of your Disability Living Allowance, recognised assistance dog card or a similar form of evidence. You won’t receive your copy back in the post but they will be securely destroyed.

The box office doesn’t have a lowered counter, but a member of staff will be happy to assist you, please bring all your booking information with you.

If you need a complimentary ticket for your companion – available for people who can provide proof of their disability – please let the venue know at the time of booking.

Limited wheelchair spaces are available on a first come first served basis, please request this service at the time of booking.

Accessible toilets are situated on the ground level and second floor which can be opened by a RADAR key which the staff can provide.

The bars do not have lowered counters, however If you need any assistant please ask a member of staff.

If you need any assistance using the cloakroom please notify a member of staff.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue – please let the venue know if you wish to bring one when you make your booking.

There is a medical room situated on the ground level.

Wheelchair spaces are situated on the balcony close to the stage which can be reached by the lift which also goes to O2 Institude2 Birmingham.

There are three small steps leading to the stalls.
