Kentish Town and Camden Town Undergrounds both have steps leading to their escalators and have no lift service, the most accessible route to travel to the venue is by taxi or Uber.

If you require accessible tickets for any events at O2 Academy’s across the country you will need to provide proof of your disability. The simplest way is to register for an Access Card.

If you require a complimentary ticket for your companion – available for registered disabled people – please tell the venue at the time of booking.

The box office does not have a lowered counter although a member of staff will be happy to assist upon your arrival.

Limited wheelchair spaces are available on a first come first served basis, please request this service at the time of booking.

The viewing platform is situated next to the stalls on a raised area.

The accessible toilet is located on the ground level which can be opened without a RADAR key – the staff can provide access if necessary.

The bars do not have lowered counters, however there is a bar located close to the accessible viewing platform and the friendly staff will be happy to assist you if you require assistance. More bars can be found on the upper level.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue – please let the academy know if you wish to bring one when you make your booking.

The venue was originally an art deco cinema and an Irish dance hall.
