There are parking spaces near the venue and a car park situated on Union Street

If you require accessible tickets for any events at O2 Academy’s across the country you will need to provide proof of your disability. The simplest way is to register for an Access Card.

Don’t have an Access Card? You can call the venue between noon and 5pm, Monday to Saturday +44 (0)1865 813 505 or email them before you make your booking if you have any questions before you order your tickets through Ticketmaster.

If you require a complimentary ticket for your companion – available for registered disabled people – please mention this at the time of booking.

The box office can be reached on street level at the main entrance. There is a lowered counter with a mic but there is no induction loop.

There are no designated spaces for wheelchairs so please contact the venue before you book if you require this facility.

The O2 Academy2 Oxford is not accessible for people in wheelchairs.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor at the back of the auditorium which can be opened by a RADAR key or a member of staff, more toilets situated around the venue.

The bars do not have lowered counters but the friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

If you need any assistance using the cloakroom please notify a member of staff.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue – please let the academy know if you wish to bring one when you make your booking.

There is a medical room situated on the ground floor.

Please be aware strobe lighting may be used during some concerts.
