The venue does not offer any parking onsite, although blue badge holders can find accessible bays at John Lewis, Adam Street, Quay Street, St David’s and Rapports which are all close to the arena.

You can join the Live Access Scheme, members will receive their own personalised number which they can quote when making a booking so the staff can advise on ticket availability and any requirements you may need for your visit. To join the scheme you’ll need to download the application form.

There’s an access ramp at the venue located at the main entrance where you’ll also find a dedicated queue for Live Access members.

Accessible toilets are situated on every floor.

You may bring your medicines, medical equipment as well as food and drink to manage your medical condition.

If you would like to connect to the hearing loop, which is a direct feed from the sound desk, please go to the Reception Desk and pay a £20 deposit which will be refunded when you return the headphones or neck-worn induction loop.

Assistance Dogs are welcome inside the venue if they are registered under Assistance Dogs UK. Please inform the venue in advance if you wish to bring your dog before your visit.
