You are advised to purchase a standard ticket before you complete the Access Requirements Form which can be found online ,phoning the helpdesk on 0161 275 2930 or emailing [email protected]

You must also fill out the form if you have a temporary illness or are pregnant.

To save going through this procedure every time you book to see a show at Manchester Academy the venue has an Access Address Book. If you wish for your details to be stored on this file, so all you have to do next time is contact the helpdesk.

Access guests and those with hearing loss are entitled to a complimentary ticket for their Personal Assistant/ Companion. You can request this when filling out the Access Requirement Form.

Guide/assistance dogs are welcome at the venue if you wish to bring one please state this when filling out the Access Requirement Form.

Please note some performances may include strobe lighting, smoke machines and/flashing lights.

Access guests and their PAs are entitled to enter the venue around 15 minutes before doors open to the public and fast track the queue.
