Accessible parking is available at the temporary Liverpool Waterfront Car Park open 24 hours a day.

If you are arriving by taxi or being dropped off there are dedicated drop-off points at the venue.

The nearest train station is Lime Street, which is about a mile away from the venue. There are level pavements and crossings as you travel by foot to the arena or there are two taxi ranks at either end of the building.

Providing you can show evidence of either a copy of your Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Allowance, certificate of visual impairment, Official / Documented evidence that I am registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or a UK-recognised identification for an assistance dog, you are entitled to a free ticket for your companion although you will also be asked to provide photo ID.

The box office has a lowered counter and a hearing assistance system for visitors with hearing loss.

There are over 100 spaces inside the arena, with seats to accommodate companions providing excellent views of the stage.

The floor level can be reached by going down steps.

The intimate-style venue Auditorium Liverpool in ACC Liverpool offers 20 level-access seating bays which can accommodate wheelchairs.

There is a Changing Places toilet in the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, which access visitors are welcome to use. The facility has a height adjustable adult-sized bench, a tracking hoist/ mobile hoist system, a non-slip floor, a large waste bin, a screen/ curtain, a centrally placed toilet and adequate space for a disabled person and up to two carers.

There are seven accessible toilets in the M&S Bank Arena and eight in The Auditorium Liverpool situated on each level.

Motorised scooters and assistance dogs are permitted in the M&S Bank Arena.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the Arena.

Hearing induction loops are available in the Arena.


The M&S Bank Arena is the eleventh largest arena in the UK. Inside you’ll find six dressing rooms and five team locker rooms.
