Accessible parking is available in all car parks, although please note if your vehicle is not exempt from tax blue badge holders may have to pay.

If you require a personal assistance because of your disability you can request a complimentary ticket from the Ticket Office (not online)

Accessible toilets are located on all floors which can be opened by a RADAR key, if you don’t have one please speak to a member of staff.

The venue has level access to bars, café, toilets, performance spaces and foyers on every floor.

Assistance dogs are welcome and dog bowls are available from the Ticket Office.

Visitors with hearing loss can use the sound enhancement systems around the venue. Typetalk calls can be made for bookings by prefix 18001 followed by 01202 280000.

The venue holds relaxed performances for people with dementia and films with the volume turned down a touch and the lights on.

Audio description and Captioning are available for some performances.

Two wheelchairs are available on a first-come-first-served basis from the Ticket Office.
