Resort World Arena Birmingham operate an access registration scheme in partnership with Nimbus Disability who will handle all your secure information and reasons why you require accessible tickets.
When you have registered Nimbus will give you a unique code which is connected to your access requirements in the system.
If you are unable to register online because of your disability please contact The Ticket Factory who will provide a helpful member of their team to assist you by phone or a paper application form.
You can purchase tickets for any event at the Resort World Arena on the Dedicated Ticket Line - 0800 640 5001. Lines are open between 8am – 10pm every day. If you have a disability please mention this during your call and explain the access you require. For most events registered disabled people can bring a plus one free of charge.
Blue badge holders can park in the NEC site which is manned by the venues Visitor Management team.
Parking costs £10, although you can pre-pay in advance for £8.
Additional blue badge bays are located in the main car parks where you can catch a free shuttle service to the venue. Most of the buses are fully accessible.
Upon arrival Traffic Officers will guide you to the most convenient available parking space.
Visitors with walking impairments are advised to park in the East car parks and use the shuttle service to the Arena. Please note the shuttle does not run from the South and West car parks.
Travelling by train? You can access the Resort World Arena through the bridge-link located at Birmingham International Railway Station.
There’s a lift between Hall 5 and Toute Suite located near the Main Piazza Entrance which travels from Piazza levels 1 and 2.
Wheelchair spaces are available inside the Arena Bowl, although chair users are no permitted in the standing areas.
You are allowed to bring crutches and walking sticks into the seated areas, although please store them under your seat during the performance.
If you are on crutches or have a leg in a cast please go to the box office where you will be directed to a safe area where you can watch the performance from.
Assistance dogs are permitted in the Resort World Arena, please make the venue aware if you are planning to bring one with you before you visit by calling the Dedicated Ticket Line
Access toilets are situated in the Forum Live towards the back of Blocks 1, 6, 15 and 17 – these can be opened by a RADAR key which is available from one of the stewards. You will also find accessible toilets at the single sex toilets around the venue which do not require a RADAR key.
A Changing Places toilet is situated towards the back of Block 12 with a height adjustable washbasin and bench, automatic wash/dry and a hoist system – this cubicle can be opened by a RADAR key.
The Resort World Arena provides an induction loop which can be used by hard of hearing services. If you wish to use this facility please call 0844 581 0700.
The Medical Centre is situated at the back of Block 3. If you require a private area for personal care please call 0121 780 4141 before your visit.
You can hire wheelchairs which are solely for use inside the venue. Chairs are extremely limited so please pre-book on 0121 780 4141, extension 47002 or 47190. Hired chairs cannot be kept during the event and must only be used for shuttling visitors to and from their seats and the main entrance.
