Accessible parking is located at Tower House Street (6 bays), Jacob Street (2 bays) and there’s an accessible mini bus space on Brunswick Terrance where you can park for up to 4 hours.
Leeds City Station has accessible ticket machines, a lowered counter at the ticket office, ramp for train access, an induction loop, accessible toilets and lifts to all levels.
If you wish to travel by coach the National Express have their own access team which can be contacted on 08717 81 81 79 (option 4). Please give 36 hours before you travel.
To book accessible tickets call 0800 988 4440 lines are open Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturdays 10am-3.30pm please tell the operator any access requirements you may have.
You can book in person at the Ticket Office onsite located to the left hand side of the main entrance doors, past the First Direct bar. The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 11am – 3pm and Saturdays 10am – 2pm.
When you enter the venue’s accessible entrance you will be handed a leaflet with details about the building’s emergency procedures.

Lifts are in operation to take visitors down to floor seating from Block A onwards and up to level 2 Blocks 101 – 109, 210 - 220 and up to level 4 Blocks 321 - 333.
Access to the upper tier level (BLK 321 and above) is only reachable up some steep steps.
You can take escalators up to level’s 2 – 4, Blocks 101 - 109, 210 - 220 & 321 - 333.
Wheelchairs are available to hire, subject to availability.
Assistance dogs are welcome in the arena, some seats offer space if you wish to take your dog into the arena and there is also an area available for your assistance dog toilet.
For visitors with vision loss there are seats close to the stage, though they are limited and must be booked in advance.
Accessible toilets are located on all levels as well as ambulant disabled person toilets, which are more spacious, have grab rails and have outward opening doors.
There is a changing places toilet situated on the ground floor just off the concourse which can be opened by a RADAR key. Please note the sling for the hoist system is not provided.
All bars and merchandise stands are fully accessible.
A RF induction loop is installed throughout the arena, if you wish to use this facility please speak to a member of staff at the customer service/ information point located in the centre of the main doors when you arrive.
