Access to the venue’s box office can be entered at a lowered kerb and through automatic doors. Once inside you’ll find a wheelchair-friendly counter, an induction loop and a leaflet rack positioned a few feet off the ground.
Disabled guests are strongly advised to pre-book in advance, either in person or by calling the venue on 01223 357851.
Guests with Hearing Loss can contact the box office via Typetalk, free of charge on 0800 515152.
Half price tickets are offered to patrons with a long-term disability when booking by phone or in person. This service is not available when making a payment online.
When making a booking please let the venue aware if you require a seat or a wheelchair space, if you want to use one of their manual wheelchairs, if you need assistance if you have Vision Loss , you wish to be a guide dog and if you like to take your four-legged friend into the auditorium or have a member of staff look after it for you, if you wish to sit next to your companion and if you’d like to be seated in one of the boxes.

The Mayor laid the foundation stone for the Cambridge Corn Exchange in 1874, but during the opening concert in 1875 by the Coldstream Guards there was a mistake made when the National Anthem was played prompting a small riot outside the Mayor’s house by disgruntled crowds.
