You can purchase tickets for any event at the Utilita Arena Birmingham on the Ticket Factory number - 0800 640 5001. Lines are open between 8am – 10pm every day. If you have a disability please mention this during your call and explain the access you require. For most events registered disabled people can bring a plus one free of charge.

Utilita Arena Birmingham operate an on online access registration scheme in partnership with Nimbus Disability who will handle all your secure information and reasons why you require accessible tickets.

When you have registered Nimbus will give you a unique code which is connected to your access requirements in the system.

If you are unable to register online because of your disability please contact The Ticket Factory who will provide a helpful member of their team to assist you by phone or a paper application form.

The venue is fully accessible, you’ll find lifts and ramps to all levels. Wheelchairs are not permitted on to the Arena floor during a standing concert. If you use a walking stick or crutches you are allowed in the standing area for concerts or, if you prefer, in the seating area.

Those with a leg in a cast are not permitted in the seating area, although there are places where you can sit in a safe environment – please call the ticket the Ticket Factory number for details.

Assistance dogs are permitted in the venue.

Accessible parking is currently located on Level 11 in the South Car Park whilst the lifts are being upgraded.

Accessible parking spaces in the North Car Park are situated on Level 9 off King Edward’s Road.

If you are collecting tickets from the Arena box office you’re advised to park on Level 8 in the South Car Park and follow the pink route to Entrance E.

Vehicles over 2m will be asked to drive to the North Car Park where they can drop off access visitors before parking in the closest bay.

Blue Badge holders will need to pay if parking at the venue.

If you are arriving by taxi/ car and do not require a parking bay you are advised to be dropped off at the main steps on King Edward’s Road and follow the boardwalk round to Entrance E.

Accessible unisex toilets are located on Concourse level 1 – opposite Block 2, Concourse level 2 – opposite Block 12 and on the Arena floor inside Entrance C and within B(eat) located at Entrance E. All these toilets require a RADAR key – if you don’t have one please speak to a steward.

Utilita Arena Birmingham has an induction loop installed at selected seating areas. If you require this service please call the Ticket Factory number.

The Medical Centre is situated on Concourse Level 1 opposite Block 2.

If you need to hire a wheelchair please call 0121 780 4141 extension 47002 or 47190 – these are offered on a first come first basis. Hired wheelchairs are used for a shuttle service for concerts and you not permitted to keep them during an event.
