Disabled guests are permitted to enter the building via the side door. Please make yourself known to a member of security when you arrive.
There is level access to the stalls, entrance to the Circle can be made by climbing a minimum of 40 stairs. Please note there is no lift inside the venue.
The viewing platform is situated at the rear of the Stalls, House Right. Disabled guests are permitted to take one companion on to the platform.
For seated performances wheelchair spaces will be provided in the front stalls
The accessible toilet is located House Left in the Rear Stalls. The key to the toilet can be obtained by talking to any member of O2 staff.
For guests who are not in a wheelchair, but have trouble standing there are bench seats situated on the viewing platform.
There are no Hearing Loops in the auditorium, although this facility can be found in the Box Office.
Assistance dogs are welcome, although please notify the venue before your visit.
Please be aware strobe lighting may be used during some concerts.
TRAVEL
Blue badge holders can use reserved spaces in the car park located on Hyde Road which operate on a first come, first served basis.
Buses stop directly outside the apollo, most of the 192 services offer a low level access.
