HOW TO BUY ACCESS TICKETS 

You must purchase a standard ticket first through www.truckfestival.com/tickets but NOT a ticket for your personal assistance.

To claim your free personal assistant ticket fill in the Access Form – you will be required to provide a copy of the following documents: Both sides of your Blue Badge, Confirmation of the mobility component of PIP or DLA dated within the last year, Document of registration as severely sight impaired, Recognised Assistance Dog ID card, Valid Access Card or a letter from a Doctor/ Medical Professional requesting you use the accessible facilities.

You should hear back from the Access Team within 5 working days. If your request is successful you will receive a confirmation email and closer to the event, an Access Information Pack which includes all the information you will need at the event.

ACCESS INFO

There will be an Access Team onsite next to the Main Arena

The Accessible Car Park is situated next to the Accessible Campsite. Please note spaces are limited. If you wish to use this facility please submit a copy of your Blue Badge when you complete the Access Form (opening soon).

If you need to bring specific dietary requirements into the arena please state this when completing the Access Form (opening soon) to avoid it being taken off you.

A Mobiloo Changing Places Facility can be found in the Access Campsite which has an accessible shower, height adjustable changing bench, extra space and a tracking hoist.

The Access Information Point will be located in the Accessible Campsite where you can collect pre-booked wristbands.

Changing Points for electric wheelchairs and scooters will be available in the Access Campsite.

There’s a Medical Fridge available onsite all weekend if you need to store any medication.

If you wish to bring an assistance dog please email [email protected] in advance.

Accessible toilets are situated around the site and the Access Campsite.

The Viewing Platforms at the Main Stage and Market Stage are for people with Viewing Platform Wristbands and one PA.

Distance between the Access Campsite and the Main Entrance is approx. 50 metres down a mainly grass route.

Weather conditions may affect the ground considerably.

DID YOU KNOW?

Despite speculation the festival isn’t named after the main stage – which is formed of three large bed trucks – but a compilation CD the promoter bought called ‘Ten Trucking Greats’ which was the soundtrack of the Convoy movie.
