HOW TO BUY ACCESS TICKETS

If you require a complimentary ticket for your PA please purchase a general admission ticket first before online.

Once you have bought a general admission ticket please the conformation email you received from Gigantic (who sell tickets) with a copy of your DLA or PIP to [email protected] and include your postal address so your PA ticket can be sent a week before the event.

Please check the PERSONAL ASSISANT TICKET section under the INFO category for the relevant location (see links above) to find the closing date for applications.

ACCESS INFO:

Please note the car park and the arena may on uneven grounds which could become more unstable in severe weather.

Accessible toilets are located on site.

There will be an area reserved for disabled guests included an uncovered viewing platform.

If you have any specific problems on site please speak to a steward on site.
