HOW TO BUY TICKETS 

You will need to purchase one general admission ticket before completing the Accessibility Form (not open yet for 2024) to request a complimentary ticket for your Personal Assistant.

To apply for a free PA ticket you must send a copy of one of the following documents valid within the past twelve months.

Front-page of DLA letter or PIP letter 

  • Front-page of Attendance Allowance letter
  • Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
  • Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
  • Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
  • War Disablement Pension

If you require accessible parking you must provide a copy of a Valid Blue Badge and Valid Photo ID (Drivers licence/Passport or equivalent, to validate the Blue Badge)

ACCESS INFO

The festival site is on an open green field with limited pavement and tarmac paths near the entrances and exits.

Please be aware the ground can become uneven in extreme weather and muddy if it rains.

You can apply to use the Viewing Platforms, Accessible Parking, Accessible Toilets and Lowered Bar Areas by completing the Accessibility Form (Not open yet).

An induction loop will be available from the Accessibility Box Office.

If you require British Sign Language Interpreters please email [email protected] at least three months before the event.

Assistance dogs are welcome onsite and there will be an area providing toileting and drinking. If you are bringing an assistance dog please email [email protected]  before the event.

Please note some performances may include strobe effects.

There will be an Accessoloo facility onsite which will include a toilet, hoist [please bring your own sling] and changing table.

A medical tent will be onsite with trained First Aiders.

There will be an onsite sensory break out space providing a quiet area for visitors with autism provided by Diverse UK.
