HOW TO BUY TICKETS 

You will need to purchase a standard ticket first.

When you have bought your ticket you can apply for a complimentary one for a Personal Assistant by completing The Access Requirement Form

You will need to provide a copy of the front page of a higher rate DLA /PIP letter, recognised Assistance Dog ID card, a CredAbility Access Card -+ category required or evidence that shows you have a sight impairment to qualify for the 2 for 1 scheme.

Tickets and passes will be sent out a month before the event.

ACCESS INFO

The Viewing Platform is situated at the Main Stage. You must have a VP (Viewing Platform) Pass to use this facility which can be requested on The Access Requirement Form

Accessible toilets will be located in the Main Arena and campsite

The accessible facilities are available to disabled customers and not those with broken legs, temporary injuries or pregnant women.

Accessible showers will be situated in the accessible campsite.

Accessible information points will be situated in the main arena and accessible campsite.

If you wish to bring an assistance dog please complete The Access Requirement Form 

The accessible carpark spaces are limited and only available to blue badge holders, if you wish to use this facility please complete The Access Requirement Form 

The accessible campsite has its own car park, caravan area and close to the main arena. If you wish to stay in the accessible campsite please mention this when you complete The Access Requirement Form 

You and your PA can camp with two additional people in the accessible campsite.

If you wish to bring a campervan and camp in the area next to the accessible campsite you must buy a campervan ticket online and supply your booking reference when requesting the accessible campervan field on The Access Requirement Form 

There’s a designated entrance to the accessible campsite.

The accessible campsite also has charging facilities for wheelchairs and medical equipment and stewards are on hand all weekend 24 hours a day.

DID YOU KNOW?

Boardmasters was cancelled in 2014 because of Hurricane Bertha forcing the likes of Catfish & The Bottlemen, Bastille and George Ezra to pull out of the festival.
