HOW TO BUY ACCESS TICKETS 

Go to the event’s website where you will or find links to purchase tickets for All Points East.

After you have purchased your ticket you can apply for a complimentary PA pass for your providing you can show proof of your disability with a copy of your front page of a DLA letter, front page of Attendance Independence Payment, Receipt of Personal Independence Payment, Evidence that you are registered severely sight impaired, a recognised Assistance Dog ID, evidence of War Disablement Pension or  a CredAbility Card.

You must pre-book accessible parking when you buy your ticket. Make sure you bring your blue badge, booking confirmation and matching Photo ID upon arrival.

There are blue badge spaces around the surrounding area.

ACCESS INFO

You’ll find Viewing Platforms at all stages for wheelchair users and PAs and a Ground Level Viewing area (at the Main Stage|) for disabled guests who wish to stand…Chairs will also be available so you can sit down at regular interviews.

Charging points will be available at the Main Stage Viewing Platform.

Accessible ticket holders can use the accessible lane situated at the main entrance situated at Crown Gate on Grove Road.

Accessible toilets will be situated at every toilet block, the Information Hub and the Main Stage Viewing Platform.

Fold up chairs will be provided for people with disabilities.

All Points East is situated on a green-field site at Victoria Park to the East of Grove Road. The surface is dependable on the weather conditions.

The box Office has a lowered counter fitted with hearing loops.

Lowered counters can be found at some food outlets, merchandise stands and bars.

You will find a Quiet Space at the event in case you need to escape from the crowd.

If you require an assistance dog spending area please email [email protected] a month or two before the event.

You can store medication in the fridge located at the First Aid point. All medication should be self-administered.

If you need any help on the day an Access Manager will be on-site. Go to the Information Hub which will be clearly signposted on the map.

Some of the live acts may contain flashing lights.
