The closest bus stop for Wookey Hole is situated in the car park, the 67 Webber Bus departs from Wells bus station.

If you have any access requirements please speak to a member of staff before you purchase your ticket so they can make reasonable adjustments for your visit.

There are 5 blue badge bays in the free car park located just a few yards from the entrance.

The brochure and guide is available in large print upon request.

Registered disabled visitors and their personal assistant are entitled to half price tickets, although you cannot use any discounts or promotions for further reductions.

If you require an additional personal assistant please contact Wookey Hole before your visit to discuss a discount for the extra people in your party.

Accessible toilets are situated around the site.

The cave is not accessible, but all the other attractions have flat hard surfaces and ramps.

The temperature in the caves is a constant 11° Celsius.

If you are bringing an assistant dog water bowls are available on request.

There is clear signage throughout the attraction in large font.

Spacious picnic areas are located throughout the site and on level areas.

Large font is printed on menus in the restaurant and chefs are happy to discuss dietary requirements.

The theatre has four spaces reserved for wheelchairs, more can be put by on request.

The caves are not suitable for wheelchairs, there are around 200 steps and in three places you need to duck to approximately 1.3 metres.

There is a printed version of the tour for visitors with hearing loss and large font versions for visitors with vision loss available on request.

Visitors with walking difficulties will be allocated extra time in the caves and may be assisted.

If you cannot go down the caves for whatever reason you can wait for your party at the mill and valley attractions.

Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to enter the caves and have an assistance dog with you.

The caves are about a 5-10 minute walk from the car park. The cave entrance is up a hill with an incline.

Despite most areas of the caves being well lit please be aware in some places there is low lighting levels.

Strobe lighting is used at special events, this will be advertised before you enter the caves.
