Please bear in mind some areas of Westminster Abbey are not accessible by wheelchair and visitors with severe physical limitations.

Accessible visitors can enter via the North Door which has a small ramped step.

If you wish to hire a wheelchair please speak to an Abbey Marshal upon arrival.

For visitors with vision loss you can ask for an audio described tour.

If you have hearing loss the Abbey has a hearing loop system as well as offering a British Sign Language version of their multimedia tour and printed transcripts in 14 different languages.

Accessible toilets are situated in the Cloisters.
